Masion Solace is a curated online platform. We do not manufacture or warehouse products. All items are fulfilled directly by our third-party fulfillment partners. As such:

  • Actual product appearance may vary slightly from images due to lighting, screen settings, or supplier design updates.

  • Inventory availability, shipping times, and order fulfillment are dependent on third-party partners, and may vary without notice.

  • Product dimensions, colors, or materials are based on supplier specifications and may not be guaranteed exact.

We disclaim any liability for inaccuracies or variations resulting from manufacturer updates or third-party listings.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS, ACCEPTANCE & CANCELLATIONS

Your placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Orders are only accepted once processed and confirmed via email. We reserve the right to:

  • Refuse, cancel, or limit any order for any reason, including pricing errors, stock shortages, or suspected misuse.

  • Decline cancellation requests after an order has been sent for fulfillment.

Orders are subject to our Refund & Return Policy, which outlines return eligibility and process requirements. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

We only ship within the United States. Shipping times are estimated and not guaranteed due to our third-party fulfillment model. You acknowledge:

  • Masion Solace is not liable for delays caused by carriers, customs inspections, weather, or third-party processing.

  • Risk of loss transfers to the customer upon shipment from our fulfillment partner.

  • Tracking details will be provided when available, but updates are dependent on the fulfillment partner and carrier systems.

We do not reroute shipments once they’ve been confirmed by the fulfillment partner.

SECTION 6 - RETURNS & LIMITATIONS

Returns are only accepted in accordance with our Refund Policy. We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized, assembled, or installed items

  • Clearance or sale items

  • Items not returned in original packaging and condition

  • Items damaged after delivery due to customer mishandling

Returned products must first be approved via email and shipped to the address we provide. Unauthorized returns will be rejected.

You agree not to purchase products for resale or export. Masion Solace reserves the right to cancel or restrict orders suspected of being made for commercial purposes.
