At Masion Solace, we’re committed to getting your furniture and decor to you as smoothly as possible. Please review the following shipping terms before placing your order.


Shipping Coverage

We currently ship within the United States only.
We do not offer international shipping at this time.


Shipping Times

All orders are processed and fulfilled by third-party fulfillment partners. Shipping times vary based on:

  • The item’s size and weight

  • Your delivery location

  • Supplier and carrier availability

Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days
Larger furniture items may take up to 30 business days.
Please note: All delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed.


Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Product weight and dimensions

  • Delivery destination

  • Any applicable surcharges (e.g. rural access or oversized items)

Shipping costs are non-refundable once the order is processed.


Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days, depending on product availability. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link via email when available.


Delivery Responsibility & Risk

Once your order has shipped, ownership and responsibility transfer to you. We are not liable for:

  • Carrier delays, lost or stolen packages

  • Missed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unavailability

  • Delivery damages not reported within 48 hours of receipt

Customers must inspect deliveries immediately and report any damage or issues within 48 hours by contacting info@masionsolace.shop with clear photos.


Partial Shipments

Some orders may arrive in multiple shipments depending on product availability and supplier logistics. You will not be charged extra shipping for split deliveries.


PO Boxes

We do not ship to PO boxes due to the size of many of our products.


Cancellations & Address Changes

Orders cannot be modified or canceled once they have been submitted for fulfillment. Please double-check your shipping information before confirming your order. We are not responsible for errors in shipping addresses.


Failed Deliveries or Refusals

If a shipment is refused or returned due to an incorrect address, missed delivery attempts, or customer refusal, any additional shipping fees or restocking charges will be the responsibility of the customer.
