Masion Solace Return & Refund Policy
At Masion Solace, we want you to love your space — but we understand that sometimes a product doesn’t quite work out. Please review our full return policy below before initiating a return.
30-Day Return Window
We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be in its original condition, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

You must provide proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation).

Returns must be approved before sending. Unapproved returns will not be accepted or processed.
To initiate a return, contact us at info@masionsolace.shop with your order number and reason for return. Return instructions and a shipping label (if applicable) will be provided once your request is reviewed.
Return Shipping & Restocking Fee
Unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or damaged item), return shipping is the customer’s responsibility. A restocking fee of 15% may apply on select furniture or decor items to cover handling and logistics.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photo evidence so we can make it right. Claims submitted after this period may not be eligible for resolution due to limitations with our suppliers and shipping carriers.
Exceptions – Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:

Customized, monogrammed, or personalized items

Special-order or made-to-order pieces

Gift cards

Sale or discounted items

Items showing signs of wear, installation, or use

Items returned damaged due to customer mishandling or improper packaging

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the unwanted item for a refund once accepted.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Shipping Limitation – U.S. Orders Only
Please note that Masion Solace only ships within the United States. We do not currently support international shipping or returns outside of the U.S.

Masion Solace is a curated furniture and decor platform. As we work with various suppliers to bring you unique pieces, processing times, inventory accuracy, and delivery schedules are managed by third-party partners. We are not liable for:

Delays caused by the carrier or supplier

Product variations in color due to screen settings or batch differences

Unavailability of replacement parts for third-party products

Shipping damages not reported within the inspection window (48 hours)
